🛡️The establishment of the
Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy (OPPR) marks a pivotal step
towards proactive and comprehensive pandemic planning. Under the leadership of
Major General (ret) Paul Friedrichs, OPPR will lead, coordinate, and implement
actions related to pandemic preparedness and response, protecting vulnerable
communities from known and unknown biological threats. 🌱 This is intended
to be an effort to strengthen domestic preparedness, coordinate responses, and
