The Dr. Joakim “Jojo” Peter Memorial Scholarship isn’t just a financial award, and it’s a statement of faith in the future of Micronesia. Each year, it uplifts students navigating higher education in the face of systemic underrepresentation, immigration barriers, and cultural invisibility 🏝.
