๐Ÿ–️ Five practical tips to improve your strategic thinking are:
          1. - Ask yourself what-if questions.
          1. - Reframe problems from different perspectives.
          1. - Seek out diverse sources of information and feedback.
          1. - Test your assumptions and hypotheses.
          1. - Learn from failures and successes. ๐ŸŒฑ

๐Ÿ’ฅ What's the Big Deal:

This is the first randomized clinical trial to show that personalized risk-reduction strategies can have a positive effect on cognition and dementia risk profile among older adults.๐Ÿ‘๐ŸผThe intervention group improved more on the cognitive primary outcome than the control group after 2 years, showing a 74% improvement compared with the control group.๐Ÿ‘๐ŸผThe intervention group also improved more on a composite score of risk factors, such as physical inactivity, hypertension, sleep, depressive symptoms, and social engagement.๐Ÿ˜ŠThis study suggests that personalized coaching may be more effective than a one-size-fits-all approach and that modifying risk factors may prevent or delay dementia.

๐Ÿ“š Source:

Bughin, J., Chui, M., & Manyika, J. (2023, November 29). The economic potential of generative AI: The next productivity frontier.

๐Ÿ”— Link:

๐Ÿ’ฅ What’s the Big Deal:

Generative AI is a game-changing technology that can create novel and realistic content from diverse and unstructured data, such as text, images, music, and more. It can also augment existing data and enhance its quality and usefulness. Generative AI has many applications and benefits, such as:

๐Ÿ’ฌImproving customer experience and engagement by generating personalized and interactive content, such as product recommendations, chatbots, avatars, and virtual assistants.

๐ŸŽจEnhancing creativity and innovation by generating new ideas, designs, prototypes, and art forms, such as logos, slogans, videos, and songs.

๐Ÿ”„Boosting efficiency and quality by generating synthetic data, such as images, text, and speech, that can be used for training, testing, and validating AI models, as well as for data privacy and security purposes.

๐Ÿ“ˆSolving complex problems and discovering new insights by generating scenarios, simulations, and predictions, such as weather forecasts, financial models, and drug candidates.

According to a McKinsey report, generative AI could generate up to $13.5 trillion of economic value per year by 2030, accounting for about 10% of global GDP. This value would come from both direct and indirect effects, such as increased productivity, innovation, consumer surplus, and social welfare. However, to realize this potential, generative AI also requires careful consideration and ethical oversight. ๐ŸŒ
